Return Policy:
At Purrfect Hounds Pet Boutique, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have a return policy in place to assist you.
1. Approval Process:
All returns must be approved by our customer service team before they can be processed. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that you provide your order details and reason for the return.
2. Eligibility:
Please note that certain items are exempt from our return policy. All sale, promotional, and discounted items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Additionally, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pet food, treats, or any opened grooming or personal care products.
3. Restocking Fee:
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and restocking the returned item.
4. Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Any returned item that is damaged, soiled, or shows signs of wear may be subject to a reduced refund or no refund at all.
5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely. Please retain the shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.
6. Refund Process:
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, excluding any applicable restocking fees. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
