SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://www.purrfecthounds.com/policies/terms-of-service.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping on for all domestic orders over $50.00 USD.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY
We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Purrfect Hounds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Purrfect Hounds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Purrfect Hounds will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible at info@purrfecthounds.com We will begin an investigation with the shipping carrier. If stolen, you must file a police report with your local law enforcement. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
